Dillon Fence is playing the Mammoth 21st Birthday Party on Saturday April 25th at the Cat’s Cradle! You can buy advanced tickets here. Mammoth was our record label and this will be a reunion of the many people we worked with during that time. Unfortunately, guitarist Kent Alphin is unable to make this show. Luckily, we’ve lined up another great guitar player to fill in - our pal Phil Hurley. Phil played with Boston MA power-pop band Gigolo Aunts back in the day and currently plays with Austin TX country rockers Stone Honey. Also appearing at Mammoth XXI will be Katharine Whalen, Chris Phillips, and Stu Cole of Squirrel Nut Zippers, Jason Ross and Thomas Juliano of 7Mary3, and John Strohm of the Blake Babies / Antenna.
Thanks to everyone that made it out to see us and Pico Vs. Island Trees on Jan. 8th/The Lincoln Theatre for the “Rock The Ball” event. We had a blast playing as well as catching up with many folks we don’t get to see enough of these days.
Hey check this out. Our friend Jim Brantley from Bullcity was kind enough to scan and upload one of Scott’s DF scrapbooks he’s compiled over the years… here’s the link.
